The Goddesses

I need to do some more of my little goddesses. I just made a new one for a mum that had miscarried recently. I constantly wear one and she needs a new coat of paint as A (hes 2) keeps having a chew when he has a cuddle lol

Car photos

Here are a few of my favorite photos that I took at a car show on Father's Day. I dont know if DH had a good time but I sure did ;)

Willow's skirt

This is a pic of a partialy finished skirt for the beautiful little Willow. It is another pattern from OTRC. It is worked in Amazing Corn yarn. It is my favorite yarn atm. Give me soy, give me silk, give me bamboo or corn, regular yarns are just not interesting enough atm! lol

Time to update

I have quite a few projects finished that I havent put photos up for. I had better get to it then hey :) This is a soaker that I did a pattern test for my friend Shona of Over The Rainbow Crochet. She needed a newbie to try her pattern writing skills on ;)

What to do....

I should be having a rest from crochet atm. My wrists are killing me! lol So what do I do, I make some wrist warmers for them ;) They are made from 2 strands of 8ply cleckheaton wool that was leftover in my stash. Beautiful and warm. So I am going to make some elbow, knee and ankle warmers too!

My Shawl

This is my shawl. It is made with 2 strands of 8ply cotton in different colours. A bargain at $1.50 per ball at Spotlight ;) I love it! Both of these shawls are made from this pattern http://doyourworsted.blogspot.com/2007/01/hot-shawlcolate.html

Shawls

Here is a shawl that I have made for my dear friend and midwife Marg. She has had a terrible time recently with being diagnosed with breast cancer. She is a survivor though and seems to be responding to her treatment perfectly! I am still making a matching beanie, but need to get more yarn. Its made with a verigated 4ply cotton and a beautiful super soft Sirdar cotton.

Here it is

Yes, yes yes. I have been convinced that having a single page with all my stuff on it is a good idea! LOL So I am starting today with some of my current crochet projects. I try to have a rule of only 3 projects at a time but I think I am failing miserably! I think I have 5 on the go at the moment ;) I will post some photos when they are downloaded
